Our Talent Acquisition Team is on a mission to seek out and build a talented team by finding new GetYourGuide stars who will contribute to our international growth. While looking for top talents, we have a candidate-centric approach to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience for all our candidates.  We are growing fast, and so is our demand for great tech talent. We are looking for an ambitious Senior Tech Recruitment Leader to join our passionate People team and lead a team of experienced Tech Recruiters and Talent Sourcers.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll guide, mentor and scale a team that plays a critical part in shaping our future. If you love driving hiring strategy, building strong stakeholder relationships and leading with empathy and data - this one’s for you.

You will:
  • Directly lead a team of 7 Tech Recruiters and 1 Sourcing Lead, who in turn manages a team of 4 Technical Sourcers
  • Partner with senior stakeholders (up to C Level) to define hiring priorities and deliver high-quality hires across all Tech verticals : Engineering, Data, Product & Design
  • Set the strategic direction for your team, define priorities, and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics (time to hire, pipeline conversions etc.) to drive performance and impact
  • Own and initiate key talent projects that level-up how we attract and engage top-tier talent
  • Be a true talent partner - advising, challenging, and bringing insights to help our leaders hire smarter and faster whilst maintaining our hiring bar
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring in fresh ideas, tools, and practices to keep us at the top of our game
Who you are
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with deep expertise in hiring for Tech, Product & Data roles
  • You have at least 2 years of leadership experience, and love developing people just as much as you love closing great hires
  • You’re data-savvy and can grasp various tools to make smart, strategic decisions
  • You’re confident engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions through a consultative approach
  • You’re happy to get hands-on when needed, especially when it comes to senior or strategic hires
  • You’re not afraid of the operational side of things - you stay on top of admin tasks like position management and you’re always looking for ways to improve processes
  • You can navigate dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environments - staying calm under pressure while keeping things moving forward
  • You love collaborating - whether it’s with the People team or business leaders, you bring others along and build trust across the board
