The role
We are looking for a superstar Tech Recruiter to join our small but perfectly formed Talent team on a 6 month FTC. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to 9fin’s future success as we look to significantly increase our engineering capability in record time. Requirements
What you’ll work on
Every day is different, but here’s an example of the kind of things you’ll work on:
- Support the delivery of a large scale project to double the size of our current Engineering team to tight deadlines without compromising on quality
- Work with our Head of Engineering and Engineering Managers to understand role requirements and core competencies
- Proactively source top software engineering, data and product talent using a variety of methods, ensuring a diverse pipeline for every role
- Conduct thorough screening calls to ensure candidates are a fit for 9fin and that they are fully briefed on the role, the business and next steps
- Facilitate efficient interview processes that offer an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
- Expertly manage complex offer situations for candidates that are likely to have multiple, competitive offers
- Over-communicate with hiring managers on progress, challenges, candidate status etc.
- Practise good hygiene when it comes to maintaining our ATS and accurately recording data for effective reporting
About You
This role will be a great fit if you:
- Have specialist experience in software engineering recruitment, either from agency or inhouse (ideally both). Experience in product (management and design) and data a plus
- Understand how to create an engaging and fast interview process for software engineers, giving a great candidate and interviewer experience along the way
- Are used to working in fast paced, agile environments with lots of autonomy
- Live for providing an excellent candidate experience and understand the impact this has on securing the best talent
- Demonstrated experience attracting and hiring diverse technical talent
- Have experience growing an employer brand within a technical hiring market
- Have excellent attention to detail, managing multiple candidates and interview processes simultaneously
