Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple Build Eng projects and programs simultaneously from concept through implementation. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  •  Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. 
  • Track project schedules, risks, action items, and performance metrics.
  •  Facilitate regular program reviews and status meetings with stakeholders.
  •  Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency. 
  • Support automation, digital transformation, and technology deployment initiatives. 
  • Develop business cases, project proposals, and executive-level presentations. 
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership teams on strategic planning and investment decisions. 
  • Monitor project budgets, resource requirements, and return-on-investment opportunities. 
  • Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and priorities. Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership teams.

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
