You’ll support our Technical Program Management (TPgM) team by helping organize programs, improve processes, and build tools that give visibility to leadership.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning how product, engineering, and data teams work together to deliver impact at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Support a Program Manager in one of our ongoing initiatives (e.g., product council preparation, initiative intake, or dependency mapping).
- Work with the TPgM team to build tools such as trackers, dashboards, and playbooks that improve execution and visibility.
- Contribute to the organization of knowledge repositories (Confluence, Slack, Jira) to make program documentation more accessible.
- At times interface with Product, Engineering, and Data leaders to collect updates, dependencies, or risks.
- Work autonomously on small work packages that support portfolio coordination and governance.
- Attend internal program syncs and cross-functional team meetings to observe program orchestration in action.
- Support preparation of governance materials (e.g., initiative summaries, scorecards, leadership decks).

- Exposure to program and portfolio management practices in a product-led organization.
- Hands-on experience with program tools and frameworks (templates, dashboards, trackers).
- Opportunity to contribute to real initiatives while building skills in organization, communication, and execution.
- Mentorship from experienced program managers and visibility into enterprise decision-making processes.
What We Need
