DUTIES: 

• Establish and execute the strategy for Signavio Products.
• Align products with technology, data, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement and Finance strategies using data-driven decisions.
• Focus on optimizing Signavio contributions to increase process performance across the Enterprise.
• Lead the strategic setup, advanced configuration, and ongoing governance of the SAP Signavio Workspace
• Serve as the primary Signavio SME guiding SAP ECC to S/4 HANA transitions, mapping As-Is/To-Be states and identifying S/4 HANA-enabled optimizations.
• Foster relationships across the business / IT functions to champion and embed advanced Process Management and Mining capabilities using Signavio.
• Partner with key stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals.
• Use data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Analyze current processes and technology to find improvement areas, automation opportunities, and re-engineering needs within SAP environments.
• Create a strategic roadmap and manage product backlogs.
• Lead development, deployment, and optimization of Signavio products.
• Define and measure KPIs for product adoption and performance.
• Promote cross-departmental collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related or foreign equivalent plus 5 years of experience as a SAP Signavio Principal Consultant / or related
• Experience must include 5 years:
• Conducted SAP Process Intelligence / Process Mining Engagements for clients.
• Leveraged SAP Signavio Process Insights and Plug and Gain Approach performing process analysis of SAP Finance and SAP MM Processes
• Benchmarked SAP Best Practices and identified gaps / potential RPA / Automation / Improvement Opportunities
• Leveraged SAP Signavio Process Manager / Collaboration Hub for setting up the Signavio Workspace
• Captured the Current Process and Post S/4 HANA Process Maps, SIPOCs, across Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Finance Areas
• Improving operational efficiency by streamlining processes using Lean Six Sigma Techniques
• Offered Digital Strategy, Value Engineering and Product Assessment Services
• Conducted Discovery Workshops with the client’s business, technical, and corporate strategy teams for gathering technical and business requirements
• Formulation of KPIs to track the performance of various departments

Experience may be gained concurrently.

SALARY

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $147,000-160,000

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
