The RoleAspenTech is currently looking for a dynamic and energetic individual as a Sr. Partner Acceleration and Enablement Specialist focusing on data analysis and reporting for the Global Partners Alliances Group.

Your Impact

  • In this role, this person will develop, document, and execute the sales and technical certification programs to support the requirements of the DSP and SSP program including required business process definition and implementation. This includes working with Subject Matters Experts to define and get content for the certification, documenting and publishing certification requirements and content, scheduling review and interactproing with Partners to track certification. Create and maintain program reporting. Collaborating with the colleagues in the Partner Operations team to integrate certification path information and certification results in internal and external systems including Partner Heatmap. Working with other teams such as Marketing to promote certification is also expected. Finally, this person will also support future certification needs and additional Partner operations and partner program tasks.  

    This role reports to the director of Sr. Partner Acceleration and Enablement Specialist and requires daily collaboration and coordination with the member of the Partner operations team, member of the partner and Alliance team, and many other teams within AspenTech, especially the Subject Matters Expert responsible for defining certification content. In addition, interaction with Partners is required. 

     

    The primary objective of the role is to increase and validate the quality of our partners by increasing the number of certified partners and partners’ employees and have this information readily available to internal and external stakeholders. This will ensure better deployment, configuration, and usage of AspenTech software portfolio. This person must exhibit autonomy and willingness to collaborate with multiple internal and external skateholder, bias for action, excellent organizational and communication skills, exhibit collaboration and disciplined execution. The ideal candidate will inspire teaming and trust with internal and external stakeholders to align program and execution with all parties. 

What You'll Need

    • Proven success managing programs in software or technology company. Managing certification, training, or partner program will be highly valued.  

    • Prior knowledge of business processes and operations in a medium to large companies 

    • Entrepreneurial thinker with a bias for action. High energy with a positive disposition. Comfortable in working in fluid, fast paced environments. Self-starter and team player. 

    • Strong change agent. Adept at identifying improvement growth opportunities, selling the vision while building interlock, and overcoming resistance to change. 

    • Excellent written and oral communication and collaboration skills. Multi-lingual skills highly valued.  

    • 3+ years’ experience in technology companies. 

    • BS/BA or equivalent required; Business or Technology will be valued; an MS degree in instructional design will be highly valued.
