About This Role:
DXC is looking for a Tech Owner to serve as the technology guru for Sales Enablement, Sales AI, and Voice of the Customer. This role is responsible for owning the technical roadmap and guiding the technical direction across multiple platforms and technologies.
The ideal candidate has a high technical understanding of how to implement and achieve desired business outcomes through technology. They understand how different tools and platforms integrate together to deliver complex solutions and can lead technical resources without direct people management. This is a technology-agnostic leader who translates business requirements into technical solutions.
What You'll Do:- Own the technical roadmap for Sales Enablement, Sales AI, and Voice of the Customer platforms
- Serve as the technical authority, providing guidance on architecture, integrations, and technology selection
- Lead technical resources (developers and technical operations) through influence and technical direction without direct reports
- Design and architect solutions leveraging Salesforce, AI/LLMs, Databricks, data platforms, and integration fabric to achieve business outcomes
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, bridging the gap between what business needs and what technology can deliver
- Drive data architecture and data modeling across platforms to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility
- Evaluate and implement AI/LLM solutions to enhance sales productivity, customer insights, and operational efficiency
- Negotiate with business stakeholders on requirements vs. technical debt, ensuring sustainable long-term platform health
- Oversee UX/UI considerations ensuring solutions are user-friendly and drive adoption
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong architecture background
- Deep expertise in: Salesforce ecosystem, AI/LLMs, data architecture, Databricks, universal data platforms, process automation, and integration patterns
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on user adoption
- AI certification preferred (AWS, Google, Microsoft, or equivalent)
- Technology-agnostic mindset — able to evaluate and recommend the right tool for each situation
- Proactive and self-driven — identifies opportunities and proposes solutions before being asked
- Strong negotiation skills — balances business demands with technical debt and platform sustainability
- Excellent communicator — can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Influence-based leadership — leads through expertise and vision rather than hierarchical authority

Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
