- Expert in C#, .Net, .Net Core OOPS, SQL
- Solid grasp and fluent in common design patterns
- Experience in Retail/POS domain is preferrable.
- PMP or other project management certifications (optional)
- Implementing services in Java and/or Golang
- Designing and building data storage and retrieval solutions using NoSQL
- Building and operating distributed systems that communicate over message busses (ie Kafka)
- Kubernetes primitives (Deployments, Pods, Secrets, Ingresses)
- REST API Design, Development, and Security
- Microservice Design Patterns
- Modern CI/CD systems and code flow
- Infrastructure as Code
- Observability (Grafana/Prometheus)
- Developing Modern WebComponents (Angular/React)
- Micro Frontends (MFE)
- Securing access to web applications via JWT/oauth2
- Prototyping (XD/Figma) and associated UI/UX workflows.
- Knowledge of HTML5, Python would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Jira, Agile and Scrum, Program Increment.
- Experience in Hardware dependent software applications, with WCF, with Entity framework, Dependency injection, in cloud and microservices •
- Experience with known protocols and 3rd party software / interfaces – Advantage Background in retail systems development – Advantage, with DevExpress reporting / Ext.NET components – Advantage, in implementing software interfaces – Advantage, with ASP.NET / HTML5, CSS & JavaScript – Advantage, with Win Form/WPF applications – Advantage, with React – Advantage
- 8 or more years of experience in C++, Object Oriented Programming, multi-threading, socket (TCP/IP) programming • Good Understanding of Modern C++ • Good knowledge of databases (MSSQL or PostgreSQL or SQLite) • Experience in an Agile development environment • Debugging, troubleshooting: ability to translate symptoms and problems into root causes • Stay informed about relevant technology trends and developments • Experience in programming in Linux environment • Knowledge of client side, HTTP, XML, Ajax, SOAP, REST, Bootstrap 3.0
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (BE/BTech/MCA etc.)
- Skills in leadership and team management.
- Experience communicating updates and resolutions, and interpersonal collaboration.
