We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Aerospace and Defense. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technical professionals, ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of the Aerospace and Defense industry, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 7 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
