QM Techno functional consultant ‿ Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer support and resolving end user‿s issues in SAP Quality management environment.
• Detailed analysis of incidents and service requests and providing solutions along with root cause analysis.
• Support for Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Certificates, and Job monitoring issues etc.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments. Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP QM solutions.
Technical Experience:
• Should be well versed with end to end SAP QM processes and configurations. Extensive knowledge in the area of Quality certificates is required.• Should have hands on experience on SAP S/4 HANA QM.
• Should have work experience in DMR, Inspection points, Sample management.
• Should have working experience in complex enhancements.
• Knowledge on Agile Methodology, Development concepts, JIRA / Azure Devops Board
• Added advantage if possess Digitalization of inbound COA, Mobile solutions ‿ QM to Fiori apps, Integration of LIMS to SAP
• Nice to have ABAP debug skills.
• Should have experience in process industry project scenarios.
