Job Description: SAP FSCM Senior Consultant
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) Senior Consultant to lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and support of FSCM modules. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant FSCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end implementation and support of SAP FSCM modules including:
- Credit Management (FSCM CR)
- Dispute Management
- Collections Management
- Cash Management (optional)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FSCM solutions.
- Configure FSCM components as per business needs and best practices.
- Lead UAT, integration testing, and cutover activities.
- Work closely with FI, SD, and AR teams for seamless integration.
- Support S/4HANA FSCM migration or implementation projects.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
- Provide post go live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior consultants and lead small teams as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, SOX, and audit requirements.
- 8+ years of SAP experience with 4+ years in SAP FSCM.
- Strong hands on experience in:
- FSCM Credit Management
- Dispute & Collections Management
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI, SD, and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in S/4HANA FSCM is highly preferred.
- Exposure to BRF+, Credit Scoring, and Reporting is an advantage.
- Experience with global rollouts and multi country implementations.
- Good understanding of financial processes and risk management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead discussions with business users.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities.
- Team player with mentoring capabilities.
- Bachelor‿s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- SAP FSCM / S/4HANA certification is a plus.
- Exposure to SAP BTP / Fiori apps for FSCM.
- Experience in support projects (L2/L3).
- Prior experience in Pharmaceuticals / FMCG / Manufacturing domains.
