We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tech Lead to join our AI team. In this role, you will lead the technical direction, architecture, and execution of our internal platform that enables product teams to build, deploy, and scale services efficiently. You’ll play a key role in shaping the foundation upon which the company’s engineering velocity depends
Primary Focus:
- Own the technical roadmap and architecture for the internal platform (e.g., infrastructure, CI/CD, service orchestration, observability).
- Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high-impact delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product and engineering to understand requirements and translate them into platform features.
- Drive best practices in system design, code quality, performance, reliability, and security.
- Make architectural decisions for scalability and maintainability, and guide the adoption of modern tooling and patterns.
- Monitor platform usage, performance, and cost to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in backend engineering and system architecture.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/logging systems, and infrastructure as code
- Ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatism in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
