Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, we are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality industrial software applications.
You will work with cross-functional teams to build and enhance cloud-native applications using modern technologies such as React/Angular, C# .NET, databases, Kubernetes, and Azure. You will contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, software quality, and continuous improvement while supporting and mentoring other engineers.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, leading frontend development using React and/or Angular and backend services using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Build and maintain robust application workflows involving APIs, relational and time-series databases, microservices, and cloud-native technologies, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Drive software quality through unit testing, code reviews, technical discussions, and adherence to engineering standards, while contributing to CI/CD processes and efficient software delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX teams, architects, and other engineering stakeholders, while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and contributing to continuous improvement and technical innovation.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in frontend development using React and/or Angular, along with experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.
- Proven experience in backend development using C# and .NET/.NET Core, with strong knowledge of API development, application architecture, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Strong experience working with relational and/or time-series databases, including database design, development, integration, and validation.
- Professional experience with modern software development practices and technologies such as Kubernetes, microservices architecture, unit testing, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, with an understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and work effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science or a related field, with exposure to Industrial Automation, IIoT, Energy, Manufacturing, or similar industrial domains preferred. Experience with Python would be an added advantage.
