About Us At WorkMotion,
we’re building a globally scalable platform that enables companies to hire, onboard, and manage talent across borders — efficiently and compliantly. We're now extending our platform with AI-powered assistants and automation systems, and we’re looking for a Tech Lead – ML / AI to help us build it right. You’ll lead the technical design and implementation of our LLM-based systems, ensuring they’re secure, scalable, and well-monitored — not just clever demos.
What You’ll Own As the Tech Lead, you’ll:
● Architect and evolve our LLM-powered RAG pipelines (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
● Define technical direction for AI/ML systems alongside backend and data teams
● Lead the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and security practices for AI workflows
● Implement or guide hybrid retrieval, prompt engineering, embedding strategies
● Own model integration, deployment and scaling via Docker, FastAPI, CI/CD
● Ensure compliance with GDPR, RBAC, audit logging and data handling best practices
● Mentor other engineers in the AI team and drive adoption of production-grade ML standards
What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills:
● 5+ years experience in ML/AI Engineering or MLOps
● Proven track record leading or architecting AI systems in production
● Strong hands-on knowledge of LLMs, LangChain, vector stores (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone)
● Experience deploying RAG or chatbot systems
● Familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Python packaging
● Awareness of data privacy, security and GDPR practices in ML workflows
● Comfortable working independently and making architectural decisions
Nice-to-Have:
● Experience with LLMOps tools like Langfuse, Weights & Biases, BentoML, etc.
● Prior exposure to streaming inference, token cost control, or multi-tenant LLM platforms
● Understanding of fine-tuning or prompt-evaluation pipelines
