Are you a skilled backend software developer ready to grow into a leadership role while staying hands-on in technology? Join us as a Tech Lead Manager, where you’ll lead an empowered development team delivering scalable components for data optimization, billing, account management, and product configuration tooling.
This role offers a perfect blend of leadership and technical contributions, giving you the opportunity to guide a team of developers while actively shaping the technical direction.
Responsabilities
- Define clear goals, coach your team members, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Work closely with your product partner to plan and build the right solutions at the right time.
- Stay hands-on by contributing to backend development, driving DevOps practices, and supporting code reviews, testing, and quality assurance.
- Manage salaries, performance, and career development for your team members.
- Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Balance people leadership with strong technical contributions, making yourself a go-to resource for the team.
Requirements
- Strong experience in backend development such as .NET or Java technologies.
- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with code reviews, testing, and ensuring software quality.
- Proven leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a management role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to align stakeholders.
- A collaborative, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and support your team.
