Spotter (AI Analyst) is the leading AI-powered tool in the emerging market of AI power data analytics designed to make data analytics accessible, automated, and insightful. It helps businesses quickly extract actionable insights from complex datasets, enabling faster, more informed decisions. As a Tech Lead Manager, you’ll lead a team of 5-10 rockstar engineers in developing cutting edge data analytics products. You’ll be hands-on with architecture, design, and development, driving projects from 0 to 1 while aligning with customer needs and business goals.
What You'll DO:

• Lead a team of 5-10 engineers to build Gen AI/ Applied ML, Data Analytics, or platform solutions from scratch.

• Be hands-on in architecture, design, and development, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Navigate uncertainty, prioritise features, and drive projects towards clear goals.

• Focus on customer-centric development, ensuring solutions meet user needs.

• Foster a growth mindset, mentor engineers, and ensure best practices.

• Collaborate with product and leadership to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
   

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in tech, with 5+ years in leadership/technical roles.

• Strong in architecture and design for complex systems.

• Experience building 0 to 1 solutions in Gen AI / Applied ML, Data Analytics, or Platform Engineering or Large Scale Backend Systems.

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers (5-10 people).

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.
