About the Role
As an AI-Driven Tech Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Liven’s evolution into an intelligent, next-generation platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership position where you’ll drive architecture, build AI-powered systems, and lead innovation across our product ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to embed AI into the core of our platform—unlocking smarter automation, real-time personalization, and data-driven decision-making at scale.
What You'll Do
- Design and build AI-driven features and systems across Liven’s platform
- Lead by example through hands-on coding, architecture, and technical decision-making
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, automation, intelligent workflows) into production systems
- Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver AI-first user experiences
- Own system architecture across backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of high-impact systems
- Drive rapid experimentation and prototyping of AI-powered solutions
- Mentor engineers and elevate engineering standards across the team
- Partner with Data teams to turn data into real-time, actionable insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience in building scalable systems
- Strong expertise in backend development, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience or strong interest in AI/ML, LLMs, or intelligent automation
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems from concept to production
- Strong system design and cloud infrastructure experience
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for building innovative, AI-powered products

- Experience building or integrating AI-powered features in production
- Familiarity with Liven’s stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes
- Exposure to MLOps, data pipelines, or real-time processing systems
