The Expertise We’re Looking ForWe seek a strong technical leader with experience in agile software delivery, CI/CD practices, and modern source control tools. You’ll guide and mentor global teams, fostering engineering excellence across enterprise applications. Your role includes driving technical discussions, reviewing complex code, and ensuring consistency across products.
Key capabilities include:
- Full Stack development expertise, with Java and at least one other language
- Front-end development using Angular or similar frameworks
- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
- Database knowledge: PostgreSQL and Snowflake
- Familiarity with automation and quality tools such as SonarQube, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of software architecture, patterns, and standards
- Experience with AI-powered DevAssist tools like GitHub Copilot or Gemini Q

The base salary range for this position is $107,000-216,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
