We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with a strong technical background and product mindset to join our team. This role combines hands-on development, team leadership, and early-stage architectural ownership.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers while remaining hands-on.
- Work closely with Product teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Take part in system design and evolve into an architectural role.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end solutions across the stack.
- Drive best practices in development, code quality, and delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead / Tech Lead with hands-on development.
- Strong full stack experience.
- Solid experience with: React, C#, Java, Python, C++
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of system design and scalable architectures.
- Ability to work closely with Product and business stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
