We need someone who can
- Independently design and implement technical architecture for complex projects.
- Lead a cross-functional team and coordinate with external stakeholders.
- Ensure high standards of delivery quality: CI/CD, DevOps, testing, documentation.
- Drive communication with clients and influence both technical and product strategy.
- Support the growth and development of the engineering team through mentorship.
- Work in Agile environments.
What you will do
- Define and lead architecture and technical strategy across projects; participate in Discovery phases.
- Choose appropriate tech stacks and infrastructure; implement DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Plan sprints, manage delivery, and ensure functional releases.
- Oversee code quality: reviews, test coverage, QA processes.
- Mentor engineers and cultivate a strong, healthy engineering culture.
- Provide feedback, assess technical risks, and foster team development.
- Communicate directly with clients on both technical and product levels; collaborate with PMs and product teams to shape roadmaps.
What should your qualifications be
- Experience: 6+ years in engineering/tech leadership roles, with at least 2-3 years in a Lead position in product or startup teams.
- Tech Stack: Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), Docker/Kubernetes; strong backend and frontend experience(e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, React) and API integrations.
- Solid understanding of QA and DevOps practices, security, and documentation.
- Experience in regulated industries like HealthTech or FinTech is a strong plus.
- English: Upper-Intermediate+ level (comfortable client-facing communication).
