Job Description: Technical Lead - Databricks (Spark/Delta) | Offshore, India | 10+ years
Anblicks is seeking hands-on Databricks Technical Leads to drive build execution on lakehouse migration engagements, converting legacy platforms to Delta with full ownership of code quality, validation, and cutover execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Delta/Spark development standards, legacy conversion, and code review across client builds.
- Implement validation frameworks; execute parallel runs and cutovers on lakehouse targets.
- Mentor engineering teams; drive AI-assisted development practices and performance tuning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in data engineering; 4+ years deep Databricks/PySpark.
- Has led build teams through data platform modernization programs (legacy to modern cloud platforms), including AI-enabled and accelerator-driven delivery, migration planning, data validation and reconciliation strategies, parallel runs, and cutover execution.
- dbt on Databricks and Unity Catalog preferred; MarTech datasets a plus.
- Leads and executes hands-on.

- 4+ years of deep Databricks and PySpark experience
