Tech Lead AI Python Engineer

Job Summary

As a Python Engineer, you will make a significant contribution to Artificial Inteligence systems, including but not limited to: LLM's, Agents orchestration, Data Sciencie enablement and such by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The Python engineer contributes on day-to-day discussions and is capable of executing tasks on it's own, and with the help of the team. This role plays a fundamental role in driving the next generation of AI solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Raise and discuss trade-offs of different design approaches elaborating detailed design documents;
  
• Improve and Abastract current functionalities into reusable Libraries;
  
• Develop solution components in partnership with the Data team;
  
• Participate in technical discussions with customer operations and Data team;
  
• Follow Agile processes and participate actively in all development phases, fostering a culture of collaboration;
  
• Lead a team of highly skilled developers into building cutting edge AI solutions.
   

Essential Skills

• Experience with AWS Cloud (vpc, security groups, policies, ec2, rds, elasticache, cloudwatch, Bedrock, SageMaker);
  
• Experience with Python;
  
• Experience with Distributed Systems;
  
• Experience with AI Systems;
  
• Experience in Leading Software Development Teams;
  
• Experience with Terraform or any IaC;
  
• Github;
  
• Linux environment.
   

Highly Desirable Skills

• API Gateway concepts;
  
• AWS Bedrock experience;
  
• AWS SageMaker Experience;
  
• Creating Python Libraries;
  
• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks;
  
• Experience with Data Science;
