Core Function:
The Tech I -- Managed Print is responsible for proactively managing toner levels and consumable parts in networked HP printers. The position includes maintaining and reporting inventory data on a weekly basis and responding to emergencies and escalations. The Tech I -- Managed Print is accountable for retrieving used toners, packaging them up and sending them in for recycling.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Evaluate the daily delivery report to plan installations for each day
- Install toner cartridges in networked HP printers
- Quickly respond to, and complete, incoming emergencies and escalations
- Monitor the Heat ticketing system for incoming Helpdesk tickets related to toner needs
- Oversee consumable parts on networked HP printers, such as Maintenance Kits and Toner Collection Units.
- Collect used toner cartridges
- Package used cartridges and send in for recycling
- Manage and report inventory count on a weekly basis
- Maintain organized working environment
