Job Description:
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Tech Financial Controller Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting financial governance, project controlling, and performance analysis across global IS&T and Product domains. You will work closely with international HQ stakeholders, ensuring financial transparency, data integrity, and strategic insight across projects and operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring accurate lifecycle tracking and financial governance.
- Analyze and report on financial performance, including P&L, KPIs, and variance (Budget/Forecast vs Actual).
- Consolidate and reconcile financial data across systems.
- Support business case validation, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and deliver recurring and ad-hoc performance reports to senior management.
- Act as a data steward, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial data and reporting structures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other finance teams to understand trends and results.
- Participate in governance meetings and cost optimization reviews with global stakeholders.
- Continuously improve controlling processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.
You’re a Match If You Have
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling
- Proven experience in the technology sector or in IT hubs within other industries.
- Strong track record working with international HQ stakeholders.
Technical Competencies
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Proficiency in Financial tools and ERP systems (Navision is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, variance analysis, and project cost tracking.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Data reconciliation and governance support expertise.
