What is the Tech Class Program?
Tech Class is a one-year journey designed to accelerate your development as an engineer. You’ll rotate through three individual assignments and one group innovation challenge, working across different domains and technologies such as backend, frontend, data engineering, DevOps, and more.
Individual assignments: Work as part of an experienced Agile team on real business challenges from day one.
Group assignment: Collaborate with fellow Tech Class colleagues on an innovation project that drives strategic impact.
Support: A dedicated coach and weekly learning sessions to help you grow personally and professionally.
After your first year, based on performance and available opportunities, there is a strong possibility your contract will be extended or you will be offered a permanent role at ING.

Who are we looking for?
Graduates with a bachelor’s, master’s, in Computer Science, IT or related fields (graduating by September 2026)
Strong software development and coding skills
0 - 2 years of work experience
Passion for technology and innovation
Proficiency in English
Ability to tackle complex technical challenges, from legacy systems to cutting-edge tech

After screening, you’ll complete an online technical assessment. Successful candidates will be invited to a selection day in May or June at our Amsterdam headquarters.
