- Review passdown log for issues from previous shifts.
- Daily inspection of all equipment (destruct guns and non-destruct equipment. Conduct daily PM’s on equipment.
- Destruct parts using destruct guns.
- Perform Ultrasonic Inspection using Tessonic equipment.
- Inspect product to requirements defined on teardown documentation (Weld / Sealer / Pushout Map) and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Communicate all quality issues with product to Quality Shop Floor Coordinator, Quality Technician and Area Team Leader / Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Experience with Ultrasonic measurement equipment is preferred
Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Lead by example, be trustworthy and dependable.
- 90% Standing and walking. 10% Office Environment and Data Entry
