Als Teamleiter Instandhaltung an unserem Produktionsstandort Haan übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Instandhaltungsteams (mechanisch und elektrisch) und sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Organisation und Koordination sämtlicher Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen an Maschinen, Anlagen und der technischen Infrastruktur.

Analyse von Störungen und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Verantwortung für Ersatzteilmanagement sowie Budget- und Wartungsplanung
Erstellung und Pflege von Schicht- und Personaleinsatzplänen
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung, vorzugsweise mit Führungsverantwortung
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Wartung, Fehlerdiagnose, Ersatzteilmanagement und Instandhaltungssoftware (z. B. eMaint)
Organisationstalent, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
