Als Teamleiter Instandhaltung an unserem Produktionsstandort Haan übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Instandhaltungsteams (mechanisch und elektrisch) und sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Organisation und Koordination sämtlicher Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen an Maschinen, Anlagen und der technischen Infrastruktur.

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Instandhaltungsteams (mechanisch und elektrisch)

• Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen

• Sicherstellung der Betriebs- und Anlagenverfügbarkeit

• Analyse von Störungen und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

• Verantwortung für Ersatzteilmanagement sowie Budget- und Wartungsplanung

• Erstellung und Pflege von Schicht- und Personaleinsatzplänen

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung, vorzugsweise mit Führungsverantwortung

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Wartung, Fehlerdiagnose, Ersatzteilmanagement und Instandhaltungssoftware (z. B. eMaint)

• Organisationstalent, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit, Qualitätssicherung und gesetzlichen Vorschriften

• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
