Teamleiter Accounting/Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/x)
Aufgabenschwerpunkte / Inhalte der Position:
- Operative Führung des Bereichs Accounting als Shared Service Funktion mit fachlicher und disziplinarischer Personalverantwortung für die Standorte Assamstadt, Dorfprozelten und Schleiz
- Vereinheitlichung/Optimierung der buchhalterischen Arbeitsabläufe zur Steigerung von Produktivität, Qualität und Termintreue
- Planen, steuern und überwachen von Aktivitäten in der Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung
- Erstellung von Monats-Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und US-GAAP
- Ansprechpartner für interne (z. B. Magna Tax) und externe Partner (z. B. Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater)
- Kontinuierliche Sicherstellung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards durch ein internes Kontrollsystem (Financial Internal Controllsystem) unter Berücksichtigung der MAGNA Unternehmensphilosophie
- Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit durch Einführung schlanker Prozesse & moderner Applikationen im Bereich Accounting (Digitalisierung)
- Mitwirkung bei Budgetplanung (Bilanz) und Kostenverantwortung in Abstimmung mit dem Finance Manager nach Maßgabe der Geschäftsführung
- Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten (CIP)
- In Abstimmung mit dem Finance Manager und dem Personalwesen verantwortlich für Einstellung, Vergütung, Umsetzung, Entwicklung und Entlassung der disziplinarisch zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden
- Schulung und Unterweisung der Mitarbeitenden in Problemlösungsmethoden; Arbeitsstandards; Personal- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
Qualifikation / Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting, idealerweise in einem Shared Service Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und US-GAAP
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Kenntnisse in der systematischen Problemlösung (z.B. Ishikawa und 5W-Fragen)
- Gute ERP-Kenntnisse (SAP / S4 Hana und MS Office) und digitalen Buchhaltungsprozessen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytisches und strategisches Denken
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit

Skills Required
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or finance
- Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a shared service environment
- In-depth knowledge of HGB and US-GAAP

- Strong ERP knowledge, especially SAP/S4 Hana and digital accounting processes
