Job Responsibilities:
In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du verschiedene Aufgaben im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung & Abschlüsse für bestimmte Gesellschaften.
Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB, idealerweise auch nach US GAAP
• Verantwortung für das Nebenbuch (Debitoren) sowie Ansprechpartner_in für entsprechende Fragestellungen, inkl. Bearbeitung und Abstimmung von Sondersachverhalten
• Durchführung von Kontoabstimmungen sowie Analyse und Erläuterung ausgewählter Konten z. B. Sales Accruals, Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen
• Verantwortung für Intercompany-Abstimmungen sowie Mitwirkung im Konzernreporting (sofern relevant)
• Durchführung definierter Kontrollhandlungen im Debitorenbereich sowie bei ausgewählten Konten
• Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung sowie Betreuung von internen und externen Prüfungen in definierten Bereichen
• Eigenständige Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle im Tagesgeschäft

Deine Qualifikationen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Steuerfachangestellte/r
• Idealerweise eine Zusatzqualifikation als geprüfter Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB; Kenntnisse in US GAAP sind von Vorteil
• Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Navision)
