Key Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for the entire Frontend Team, across all locations, including leading the Frontend Team (currently 3 employees with the plan of growing the team), make a significant contribution to the development of the team, by mentoring, coaching and guiding
- Work with modern frontend technologies, such as TypeScript and Angular to enhance our multiple user-facing solutions (e.g., SPAs, microfrontends, SSR)
- Closely collaborate with our Designers and Product Managers to create diverse and cutting-edge solutions that offer a great user experience
- Adopt and improve engineering best practices with room for innovative approaches
- Actively contribute to the team´s projects and help others (mentoring, participating in code reviews, engineering workshops and knowledge sharing)
- Strong professional experience with web applications development
- Solid experience with Angular, experience developing with other modern Javascript frameworks and libraries is a plus (e.g., React, Vue.js)
- Good understanding of Component-Based Architectures
- Previous experience with Node and TypeScript is a plus
- Previous team leadership experience is advantageous
- Proactive with a sense of ownership and driving results, who is comfortable with providing technical guidance to the team
- Clear and structured communication skills with fluency in business English
