Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Koordination eines 2‑köpfigen Teams inkl. Einsatzplanung und Steuerung externer Servicepartner.
- Bestellung zur verantwortlichen Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) für die Energieversorgung am Campus.
- Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs der Energie‑ und Gebäudetechnik durch Wartung, Instandhaltung und vorbeugende Maßnahmen (u. a. Thermografie, Transformatorprüfungen).
- Durchführung und Freigabe von Schalthandlungen im Mittel‑ und Niederspannungsnetz (30 kV / 6 kV / NS).
- Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Energieanlagen und Neuanlagen inkl. technischer Schnittstellen.
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Normen und Prüfungen (u. a. DGUV Vorschrift 3, DIN VDE 0105).
Ihr Profil – fachlich stark, menschlich überzeugend
- Berufsausbildung als Elektriker sowie zusätzliche Qualifikation zum Meister oder Techniker
- Erfahrung in Schalthandlungen von Mittelspannung (1 KV bis 35 KV)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im produktionsnahen Umfeld eines Industrieunternehmens
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen in interdisziplinären Teams
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit der MS-Office Software

Skills Required
- Vocational training as an electrician plus additional qualification as Meister or Techniker
- Appointment or qualification as verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) for campus energy supply
- Experience performing switching operations in medium voltage (1 kV to 35 kV)
- Several years of professional experience in a production/industrial environment
- Experience with maintenance, thermography and transformer testing
- Knowledge of legal requirements and standards (e.g., DGUV Vorschrift 3, DIN VDE 0105)
- Strong German language skills and English skills in spoken and written form
- Confident use of MS-Office software
- Leadership and coordination experience, including scheduling and managing external service partners
