Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Teamcenter PLM Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support, system administration, and customization of Teamcenter PLM systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and customizing the Teamcenter environment while ensuring its smooth operation and integration with other business systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Teamcenter PLM by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Address incidents, service requests, and change requests related to the Teamcenter platform.
- Work closely with end-users, providing timely resolution and clear explanations of issues encountered.
- Administer the Teamcenter environment, including user account management, access controls, and system configurations.
- Perform routine maintenance activities, such as system monitoring, patching, and preventive maintenance to ensure system availability and performance.
- Support the configuration and customization of Teamcenter based on project and business requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team to deploy customizations, scripts, and other enhancements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as product development, engineering, and IT to ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with other systems.
Qualifications
- +3 years of relevant experience in Teamcenter PLM support and system administration.
- Proficient in providing Level 2/Level 3 support for the Teamcenter platform.
- Experience managing Teamcenter environments, including user management, access controls, and configurations.
- Ability to configure and customize Teamcenter based on business requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring, maintenance, and patching for Teamcenter.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining technical documentation related to system processes and architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working closely with end-users and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English is mandatory for clear communication with the team and end-users.

- This is an on-site position based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

- Daily rates: 400-475 euros gross/day
