You will have the opportunity to lead end-to-end implementations of PTC Windchill solutions, driving cross-functional teams to success, and engaging with senior client leadership. Your expertise in product engineering, development, and life-cycle management will shine as you organize and lead large workshops, design innovative solutions, and deliver outstanding results.
Your exceptional communication skills will allow you to persuade and influence key stakeholders, while your project management abilities will ensure seamless execution, even with evolving inputs.
Ideally, you'll be located in or near Napoli, but we will consider other locations in Italy.
What You'll Bring:
Expertise: Extensive solutions architecture experience in PLM implementations, with expertise in PTC Windchill PLM solution project delivery
Leadership: A proven ability to lead the delivery and implementation of PTC Windchill PLM solutions to meet complex business requirements, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Teamwork: Effectively driving cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Communication: You excel in organizing and leading large cross-functional workshops, engaging in persuasive conversations with senior client leadership, business process owners, and subject matter experts.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of enterprise system landscapes and PLM best practices.
- Lead the development, delivery and implementation of PTC Windchill PLM solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
- Design and implement integrations with ERP, MES, and CAD systems for seamless enterprise connectivity.
- Oversee Teamcenter customizations, configurations, and deployments tailored to client-specific use cases.
