You will:

  • Stay informed about Paylidify’s products and services, and discover how they drive value and support our customers' growth journey.
  • Oversee a varied sales pipeline of businesses, pinpointing and prioritizing opportunities to speed up sales cycles.
  • Adopt a solutions-oriented sales strategy to instill urgency, uncover business challenges, and offer distinct, targeted value.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance your sales skill set, gain valuable experience, and grasp Paylidify's sales methodologies.
  • Leverage Paylidify's sales enablement tools to organize essential sales data and documentation.
  • Regularly achieve and surpass your monthly goals.
  • Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of BDRs and SDRs to exceed performance expectations and quotas.
  • Utilize Paylidify's sales enablement tools to keep precise sales records and documentation, ensuring a consistent track of monthly achievements.
  • Provide continuous support through call coaching, shadow sessions, and pipeline reviews to inspire your team and boost productivity and the quality of opportunities.
  • Implement a solutions-focused sales strategy to generate urgency, reveal business obstacles, and provide customized value.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that prioritizes results, motivation, and the attainment of goals.

Job Criteria

- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
