Your Opportunity
As a Team Manager in our Contact Centres located in Joondalup and West Perth, you will coach, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, enabling them to showcase the value and benefits of RAC products and services while providing exceptional support to our members via phone.
Locations: Joondalup and West Perth
Working hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week), with scheduled Saturday shifts on rotation every 6 or 10 weeks
What You Will Be Doing
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of customer service and sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to support career development and skill enhancement.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring each team member reaches their potential.
Support team members in overcoming challenges, improving performance, and building resilience.
Address member concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring positive resolutions.
Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure the execution of strategies and initiatives.
