About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our growing BPO call center team in Ormoc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams within a BPO setting, preferably with experience in healthcare accounts. You will be responsible for driving team performance, coaching agents, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of call center agents to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
- Monitor daily team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and client guidelines.
- Handle escalations and provide quick, effective resolutions.
- Prepare and analyze reports on team performance and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with Operations Managers and other departments to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and professional team culture with high levels of employee engagement.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 3 years of Team Lead experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Healthcare account experience is an advantage (claims processing, patient support, insurance verification, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proven track record of hitting performance metrics and leading successful teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Amenable to work onsite in Ormoc City.
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
