About the role
Position: Team Leader
Our Team Leader requires to drive strong strategic vision in building and maintaining strong partnership with assigned key accounts group. This role is crucial for fostering strong negotiation skills, achieving sales excellence, and maximizing Haleon’s brand exposure, and enhancing consumption to secure a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic leadership and formulate sales objectives and strategies for Key Accounts that align with overall company goals.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and enhance customer relationships across all brands in Hong Kong. Optimize brand development to grow market share.
- Drive channel management by leading the team in executing both online and offline strategic plans by brand, focusing on maximizing in-store excellence to outperform competitors and achieve channel KPIs.
- Drive profitability maximization through Net Revenue Management and continuously enhance account productivity.
- Strengthen customer partnerships through effective programs and valuable trade insights.
- Be responsible for building accurate forecasts and remain agile while closely working with internal and external supply chains to deliver KPIs.
- Drive effective collaboration across functions to achieve common business objectives.
- Drive effective people management by providing coaching and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications and skills

- Bachelor’s degree
- +8 years' sales experience in Key Account Management
- Proven experience in key account management and sales leadership
- Strong strategic thinking & negotiation
- Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
