We are looking for a result-driven Team Lead to join Board team in our Paris office. This role is about managing the day-to-day activities of the Professional Services department efficiently while creating an inspiring team environment.
BOARD’s Professional Services department successfully delivers business value to clients through the implementation of our software. The person in this role will need leadership qualities to inspire our growing team of consultants to meet and exceed expectations while fostering their professional growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate internal resources for a smooth execution of projects, overseeing the resource availability and allocation
- Train and coach team members in terms of product knowledge, soft skills and hard and hard skills while monitoring team performance and taking corrective actions if needed in alignment with organizational goals
- Set clear team goals, assigning tasks and setting deadlines
- Plan and engineer implementation of the BOARD solution from requirements and design to mentoring and delivery
- Manage relationships within the team
- Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge and skills
- Create an inspiring team environment, promoting an open communication culture
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience managing a project team in SaaS vendors or consulting firm
- Exposure to BI, ERP or EPM/CPM solutions
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with Software project management lifecycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 30% (Domestic and International)
