WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Quality Tech Team Leader, your top priority is to ensure the products meet the required quality standards of Harmon by actively monitoring for defects and responding with corrective actions.  You will lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills while providing prompt and constructive feedback to all stakeholders.  You will be expected to provide solutions and coaching when defects are found, perform audits as required, participate, and drive safe working conditions and continuous improvement.   

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • 5-7 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in the curtain wall industry (highly preferred)
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Excel, and experience using Smartsheets
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and leadership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to push, pull, and lift between 30 and 60 pounds
  • Strong time management skills to meet production schedules
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills to drive solutions
  • Extreme ownership, with the ability to take full responsibility for team performance and results
  • Ability to lead by example, modeling professionalism and accountability
  • Competence in managing through systems to drive consistency and efficiency in operations
