Lead and ensure the execution of the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) program.
Coach and train the team in AM steps and processes, focusing on loss elimination and process improvements.
Ensure adherence to essential operational standards and procedures within the team and on the production line.
Oversee the implementation of product initiatives and projects.
Ensure team’s compliance with operational standards (safety, quality, maintenance, center lining (CL), cleaning, inspection, lubrication (CIL), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), etc.).
Lead onboarding processes and facilitate continuous learning for the team.
Ensure the execution of standard leadership processes to achieve operational results e.g. Goal Setting Process, Development Conversations, etc.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching, and performance feedback.
Act as the first point of contact for managing incidents related to safety, quality, and environmental concerns, as well as handling disciplinary actions.
Lead and facilitate loss elimination initiatives using problem-solving tools, aiming to improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
Ensure the accurate collection and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the team's progress and success.
Manage the production team's resources, including staffing, materials, and technology, while maintaining a focus on cost-consciousness (e.g., managing absences and material usage).
Foster knowledge sharing within the team and ensure that expertise is effectively transferred to team members.
Optimize team resources during shifts to achieve the expected production results, ensuring efficient use of time, materials, and labor.
High School Diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent.
+3 year of experience in supervisory or team leadership role, with proven success in leading and motivating teams.
Relevant experience in production / manufacturing environment.
Experience in team management, including planning, task delegation, performance tracking, and providing feedback to team members.
