Job DescriptionTo create and oversee an enhanced personalised and professional collections process for an array of clients, to ensure a consistent service delivery experience to all clients.
Qualifications- Completed Matric
- Diploma in Banking
Experience
- 5-7 years Inbound and Outbound contact center experience – across early, late and legal collections. Leadership experience.
