Within the Enterprise Engineering team, you'll be able to tackle challenging technical problems, optimize performance for large-scale deployments, and implement innovative features that enhance collaboration across global design teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our enterprise clients maximize the benefits of the Altium platform, driving productivity and innovation in the electronics industry.
About the role:
The Enterprise Team Leader will lead a team of developers working on projects from the enterprise backlog and help resolve production issues for Altium 365 enterprise customers.
A day in the life of our Enterprise Team Leader:- Leading and managing an engineering team and projects
- Collaboration with both Altium's and customers' engineering teams
- Investigating and resolving performance issues and specific cases
- Writing and reviewing code (50% of the time)
- Collaboration with:
o Enterprise customers
o Customer Success
o Product Managers
o Quality Assurance - Overseeing daily team operations
- Contribution to the full software development lifecycle
- 3+ years of experience within team and project leadership
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience working in reputable companies with international teams
- Willingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "Getting Things Done" attitude.
- Technical skills:
o Senior-level knowledge of .NET platform and C# language (.NET framework,
.NET Core, REST API, etc.).
o Resolving production issues (analyzing application logs, crash dumps, tracing,
etc.)
o Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
