A day in the life of our Staff Engineer
- 60-70% of pure coding - development of our Cloud product
- Lead projects
- Mentor teammates
- Collaborate with Product teams on building requirements
- Ensure technical feasibility and supervise the design of developed features
- Write and review code providing constructive feedback to teammembers
- Identify technical obstacles and advocate for solutions
- Foster ownership culture and promote knowledge-sharing
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in team and project leadership
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience working in reputable companies with international teams
- Willingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "Getting Things Done" attitude.
- Technical skills:
o Senior-level knowledge of Java
o Resolving production issues (analyzing application logs, crash dumps, tracing,
etc.)
o Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
Required Technology Experience
- Java
- AWS, EC2, ECS, RDS, etc.
- Multi-tenant architecture, microservices
- CI, CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
- MySQL (FireBird, Oracle as a plus)
- Knowledge of .NET Core, .NET Framework would be a plus
