Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for the Professional Services Delivery team specializing with prior experience in delivery of SaaS / Software products for B2B customers.
This role is suited for individuals who possess a minimum of 5 years of experience covering functions such as project delivery of SaaS deployments, team leadership, reporting and stakeholder management culminating in a maximum experience of 9 years. The ideal candidate would be a culture builder who is process and people oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management
- Conduct business reporting and data analysis to monitor process performance, and product KPI’s to improve service delivery processes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, clearly communicating project objectives, status, and outcomes as per cadence.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and that service delivery aligns with their business objectives.
- Raise concerns and solutions to improve the overall success of our customers.
- Accountable for client retention and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team dedicated to the successful deployment of B2B SaaS products in reporting and analytics.
- Accountable for all people management activities, not limited to team performance, career and development planning, annual reviews, hiring.
- Foster a culture focused on high performance, continuous growth, and team spirit.
- Work with the manager to provide input on team performance, client delivery goals, and other assigned metrics.
Process Management
- Implement and optimize project management processes, leveraging methodologies such as PMP / Lean / Six Sigma.
- Oversee the planning, tracking, and follow-up of projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective collaboration among team members and NA counter parts.
- Manages client escalations and works with the manager as needed to develop solutions.
Qualifying Criteria
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, ideally in client facing roles (e.g. Consulting / Customer Care / Project Management) with B2B SaaS products.
- 2+ years leading and / or training teams with the ability to take feedback and train others.
- Ability to communicate effectively, communicate and justify via written and verbal mediums in stressful situations across all layers of the organization.
- Lead and or leading teams with a maximum of 9 years of total work experience in a similar or allied field.
- Proven skills in business reporting, data analysis, and process / project management.
- Exceptional skills in presenting and communicating with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel, with a basic understanding of SQL for data management and analysis.
- Proven ability to build and foster a high-performance team culture focused on customer first, growth and positivity.
- Certifications of CAPM / PMP / Six Sigma Green / Black Belt are highly desirable.
Location and Shift Timings: Hyderabad Office based, 13:00 – 22:00 IST.
