Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Cornwall, ON. As a Store Team Lead, you will play a vital role in helping with the daily operations to ensure the branch objectives are met. You will manage task-related work and ensure exceptional customer service is being offered.
What you’re responsible for:
- Fostering exceptional customer service standards throughout the branch.
- Promoting and enforcing Environmental/Health and Safety standards.
- Assigning and executing daily tasks to the customer service and production teams.
- Helping with onboarding and training of new employees.
- Opening and closing the branch in conjunction with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager.
- Possessing strong knowledge of current business practices and Kenny U-Pull standards.
- Completing administrative tasks including daily cash balances and inventory checks.
- Ensuring branch standards are being met.
- Supporting business changes and relaying change management information to help employees adapt.
Qualifications
To join our team:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Post secondary education preferred
- Ability to travel to other Kenny U-Pull locations when needed
- Retail and/or automotive experience is an asset
