Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor an agile team of frontend and backend developers as well as QA automation engineers with the goal of fostering both technical and personal development

Ensure adherence to quality standards and promote best practices in web development

Support the conception and implementation of user stories and participate in the development of systems and architectures

Work closely with various interdisciplinary teams, including other team leads, product managers, product owners, architects, and DevOps teams

Drive the development of market-specific features to approach new markets effectively
Requirements:

Completed Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and guide a team

Demonstrable experience in web development, either frontend or backend
-
Solid knowledge of relevant programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, Spring, TypeScript and React)

Excellent command in English and preferred proficiency in German
