Job Summary:

Iron Mountain is seeking a Trade Operation Team Leader (1 Year Contract_Renewable) to guide and monitor the team, to handle reporting and client relations.

Job Duties:
· Processing transactions in Trade Port prescribed products accurately and efficiently in accordance with the customer instructions and according to the banks operational instructions to protect both the customers and Bank’s interest.
· Pre-process trade transactions according to the laid down procedures and standard of service.
· Build up good relationship with all internal customers, i.e. good teamwork within the country team/unit.
· Make effort to continue improving personal product knowledge, to acquire multi-products processing skill.
· Make effort to improve personal productivity and output level. To achieve established standard.
· Understand the risks associated with Products Processing
· Understand the Banks operational risk standard underlying operating process and follow them carefully.
· Strictly comply with:
· Ø Bank policies and procedures
· Ø Operational procedures / guidelines
· Ø Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions procedures, in particular, report any suspicious activity as per current guidelines

Requirement:

•    HKDSE / HKCEE graduates or above;
•    Minimum 1-2 years' related experience in Trade Import / Export Operations; Preferably with related experience from Banking environment;
•    Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
•    Able to work independently;
•    Basic knowledge on trade finance field;
•    Solid knowledge in trade finance transaction workflow in order to ensure trade transactions are processed accurately and efficiently;
•    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; 
•    Proficient in MS applications, i.e. Word, Excel and outlook;
