Position Overview:
What You'll Do:
- Lead the technology suite that builds and maintains trade, order fulfillment and logistics related platforms.
- Become the business partner and suggest technological solutions to promote business growth
- Work extensively with 3PLs, define and manage changes to EDI messages, and manage technical relationships
- Ensure high quality of developed technical solutions; perform system updates within technical and business guidelines
- Maintain expert level knowledge of the ERP system, D365 and other integrated systems
- Should be able to understand the technical challenges and suggest solution to support the enterprise architecture
- Resolve system and business problems and serve as an L2/L3 support for production break-fix issues
- Work with Product Owners, and help in estimating and sizing of the business requests
- Monitor team member performance, set individual goals, and perform yearly reviews
- Improve team engagement within company policy
Let's Talk About You:
7+ years’ experience as a technology lead, implementing Enterprise solutions
3+ years’ experience as a supply chain solution expert, supporting continuous improvement
University Degree in relevant discipline such as Business, Information Technology, Management, or Information Systems, or equivalent of experience
Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies
5+ years experience in D365
Change Management and SOX related knowledge is an asset
Proven experience in translating business requirement into systems requirement
Deep understanding of Supply Chain principles in distribution, logistics, and ecommerce order delivery
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong working experience with 3PLs to enable logistics and transportation processes
Strong acumen and system knowledge in ecommerce order fulfillments.
In depth knowledge of tools and techniques to support best practices in business analysis
Experience working with multiple software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
Experience implementing and supporting D365 ERP solution.
