Team Lead/ Sr. Team Lead - Managed Azure Cloud Services(TW-3167)

Key Responsibilities:

• Azure Cloud

  • Design and implement scale-able, secure, and resilient cloud solutions on Azure.

  • Experience with the Infra migration from on-premise to Cloud or cloud to cloud migrations in Azure

  • Ensure cloud architecture meets all technical and business requirements.

• Operational Excellence:

  • Manage and optimize Azure resources for cost-effectiveness and performance.

  • Monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.

  • Implement and maintain best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance.

  • Experience with deploying Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service, VNET, VM, API Management Gateway, SQL Database, Storage Accounts, Traffic Manager and other core Azure Services.

• Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide feedback.

• Project Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Report on project progress and escalate issues as needed.

• Technical Guidance and Support:

  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for cloud-based systems.

  • Stay updated with the latest Azure features, tools, and best practices.

  • Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders on Azure technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Azure cloud and total 10 years of experience in IT.

  • Experience in a managing technical teams.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, automation, and orchestration.

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates, or similar.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

• Other relevant Azure certifications are a plus.
