As our Team Lead Software Development (f/m/d), you will be responsible for driving a team of talented developers building a modern SaaS Product in Energy domain.
Your Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor, inspire and motivate the development team to ensure a high level of ownership, personal and professional growth.
- Technical Guidance: Promote high level of automation and guide technical decisions following the best practices applicable to our tech stack
- Collaboration: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define the scope, set timelines, and monitor progress, ensuring that deliverables meet both timelines and quality standards.
- Code Quality & Standards: Oversee code quality, reviews, and testing practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
- Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Set performance goals, monitor individual and team metrics, and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and accountability.

What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentorship role
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions within an agile development environment
- Strong understanding of best practices in software design, event-driven architecture, and testing
- Proficiency in our tech stack: NodeJS
- , TypeScript, SQL, Docker, testing frameworks
- Experience working in SCRUM team
- Fluent English (written and speaking)
